What we collect

When you send a booking request, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, room type, number of guests and any special requests.

When you browse the website, and only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects visit statistics: which pages you view, how you found the site, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or country). It does not collect your name or contact details.

Why we use it

• To answer your booking request and prepare for your stay.
• To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.

We never sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Who else receives it

• Netlify hosts this website and receives booking form submissions for us.
• Google provides Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.

These companies may process data outside Thailand, under their own privacy and security standards.

How long we keep it

• Booking request details: for as long as needed to handle your booking, and no longer than 2 years after your stay, unless the law requires longer.
• Visit statistics: up to 14 months.

Cookies and your choice

We only use Google Analytics cookies if you accept them. If you decline, the website works exactly the same. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it any time:

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can ask us to:

• show you or give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data, or stop using it;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

You can also file a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
